Tis the second day....
after we told Dooby that Daddy got angry and threw the remote out of the window....
....feeling like big time villains for fooling her?- yup that makes both of us...
....feeling really bad when you see how gullible and innocent a child can be......
....discovered that shes not such a big addict after all....she didnt seem to miss it much!!!!
....day 2 and R's chin touched the floor and hes 6 feet tall;so the obvious happens, the remote is retrieved....
....I am furious and amazed all at once, amazed because Dooby is willing to switch it off on request!!Children surprise you all the time!
....When the TV was off, she actually was far better behaved and she was interested in doing other things than just stare at the screen....
Conclusion, you ask?- I want the remote to get lost again and R wants the opposite...compromise- 2 hours a day!

Saw 3 Idiots on Monday, by far the best movie Ive seen in a loooong time, literally fell off my chair laughing- a lot has been said about it everywhere already, so anything I say will be repetitive, just want to tell you folks what D had to say...
Amma I liked the movie, in which those Uncles sat on colour colour potty and in bucket;can we see it again?But, Amma you must never use a vaccuum cleaner on a baby, it will hurt the baby abd the baby will be full blood-blood:)
You bet, even I thought a vaccuum cleaner was a BAD idea...but then I am not an engineer, so I dunno:)

ohh thatz a nice first step at TV weaning..its so true that kids ignore the idiot box when they know there are far better pursuits..
